   Taylor’s at Stourbridge is amazing the service they give is above and beyond. Friendly staff efficient and respond within the same day to emails. We were throughly happy with the service they provided and used them before and would only use them again. Photos were wonderful that were taken and they ensured checking in with us before booking viewings and checked how everything went. Julie and Adam are excellent at running the business and recommend to everyone we speak to who maybe in the idea of moving house.

   After losing our mom Taylor’s came to value her property which was initially so hard. Adam and Scarlett were so helpful and then progressed with Julie, Julie and Julia in the office who gave feedback for every viewing. The girls even helped when I had a meltdown when the first sale fell through ! They gave us help and reassurance and light at the end of the tunnel! That tunnel is in sight and completion tomorrow…what a journey with some incredible employees at Taylors!! Thank you ALL SO MUCH …you are simply the best !

   Taylors were nice professional knowledgeable and friendly. They gave us realistic expectations and the house sold within 10 days of being on the market. They confirmed everything that was said on the phone via emails which really helped when we had lots of viewing booked. They were great at chasing the other chains and keeping us informed. Overall they were brilliant and we would use them again if need be. Definitely would recommend.

   I cannot praise the staff at Taylors enough. They helped my sell my late father's house and although this was an incredibly hard time for me, all the staff made it easy and stress free. I always felt that they acted in my best interests, kept me up to date every week (even if there was nothing to update me on) and were always professional, yet friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend anyone to use their services.
