I've been with Ian Perks for a number of years, firstly renting a property which was handled expertly by the wonderful Teri. Every time I had any kind of issue she sorted it all out very quickly and I didn't have to worry about a thing. I've now purchased the same property, and it was all handled with the same expert precision by the equally wonderful Claire, who has the patience of a saint. I received regular updates from Claire and she was always on the end of the phone when I needed reassurance and advice, even though I'm sometimes very hard to get hold of. I've always been more than happy with the services from Ian Perks and I can't recommend the team there enough.

1 STAR is too much for this Company. Ian Perks estate agents are only interested in taking you for your money and don't care about you as a person/tenant. Repairs are extremely hard to get repaired and when they send someone else its either not fixed or bodge jobbed. They take ages to respond to anything and you can never get any help from them. They don't care about the welfare of children and are not professional in the slightest. They give you false promises and take you for every penny you've got. They do not care for your wellbeing! DO NOT choose this estate agents. Awful Awful Company.
