   Alisa is professional yet personable. I have had a few treatments with her and I’ve been made to feel really comfortable each time. She knows her stuff and can advise really well. We were meant to have a follow up appointment today totally free to charge to make sure I was happy but I actually text her to say I was incredibly happy so didn’t want to take up her time if I didn’t need to. Not only is she very competent in her field but also professional and very friendly. I never feel like I'm going in for treatment, it feels more like a catch up with an old friend!
