Can't say enough about acupuncture with Steph! She is so welcoming and instantly puts you at ease, explains what she's doing and why, which I found really interesting. I initially started treatment for painful periods but she ended up helping me with this as well as headaches and stress symptoms. And my favourite part was how well I'd sleep after my appointment.
