People pawn there items because they have no money and sometimes can't afford to get them back and when you try to pawn something else they offer you less money and say your stats are too low if people can't afford to get there items back it's not there fault you shouldn't go off ststs just ridiculous

Ordered a PS5 online, Joy pad is faulty. Refunded me £20 which doesn't pay for a new pad. I accepted the offer only because its all he could do or refund me but I'd have to send it back. Almost feels like you've been scammed. He's reply was We don't have any joy pads in the shop. So you sent me a broken one !? Not a happy customer and will never be ordering from cash converters again. I advise you stay away too. It's all damaged tatt run by careless clowns.
This store is the absolute tops for customer service. I recently had an issue with a product I purchased and experienced some of the best customer service I have ever had. I would highly recommend this store. You can buy with confidence that if there is any problem it will be dealt with superbly. I cannot recommend this store highly enough.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and I'm always shocked by how much stock they manage to fit in the tiny shop electronics and mobile phones and DVD's and Blue Ray and game disc's of most types laptops and even cameras and lenses
Purchased something online on the website from this store and didn't receive anything for two weeks. Contacted the store through e-mail numerous times, asking where my item was, but never received a response. Called the store up and was told to wait as Hermes would be delivering the parcel and they apparently have a 'strange delivery system'. Waited a few more days and un-surprisingly received nothing. Checked my account on the cashconverters website and see that my payment for the purchase has been refunded. Clearly they lost the item or sold it in store and never updated the listing online. Poor communication and customer service.
