   I go every week to collect my dosette box and it is always ready and organised, which makes a big difference. The staff are consistently polite, approachable, and welcoming, and I’m always greeted with a smile. The pharmacist is very helpful, takes the time to listen, and makes sure I have exactly what I need without ever making me feel rushed. I’ve also been seen here for a self-harm burn on my leg, and I can honestly say I was treated with complete kindness, dignity, and zero judgement. I was given advice and support in a calm, respectful way, which meant a lot to me. It’s rare to find a place where you feel genuinely cared for rather than judged. Overall, this pharmacy provides an excellent service and goes above and beyond. I feel safe, supported, and respected every time I visit, and I’m very grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown by the whole team.

   My experience at Morley Pharmacy has exceeded my expectations. My mother was experiencing a strange sensation in her ear, so I took her to Midway for an ear syringing appointment. Asif, the pharmacist, was really experienced and put my mother at ease. He confirmed that her ear was wax-free and that she did not require ear syringing. He went above and beyond by listening to my mother's problems and recommending a nose ballon she might use. He then gave us the nose ballon and encouraged my mother to use it to ensure she understood how it worked. My mother's problems improved almost immediately. When I returned to Morley Pharmacy a few days later to pick up a prescription for my 9-month-old, Asif recognised me and inquired about my mother. I was moved that he remembered and bothered to inquire. I would also like to thank the initial Midway personnel who examined my mother before referring her on to Asif; she was friendly and welcoming. Thank you for going above and beyond! You could have simply told us we did not require ear syringing and sent us on our way, but you didn't.

You made all the difference and managed to sort me out with a prescription in just 15 minutes from start to finish including ringing up on your own phone to get me sorted. Listening to Safa engage with her team whilst working was brilliant, an absolute superstar! Thank you!!

   Just change pharmacy & Doctors due to moving to the area. Friendly Staff but service is shocking. Only deliver meds once a day twice a week and no consern if you are in need of meds urgently and can not get to the pharmacy dissabled or not. Had repeat script a day and still not got to it the following morning. Then they had to order some of the meds for the next day (3 days in total) so the following day their stock didn't arrive till after deliveries where sent out. Called them to see if I was Getting a delivery and was told if I can't collect you will have to go without your meds untill next delivery which would of been 2 more days without my daily meds. Absolutely dissgusting and life threatning to customers. Needed to get my daughter to pick up my meds. Definately changing pharmacy.

   Waited over 20 minutes to be seen. Appointment booked for 12.00. I arrived at 11.55. Was ignored for the first ten minutes then told Pharmacist would be right with me. Finally got seen at 12.17 with no apology regarding lateness. Injection itself absolutely fine but they need to work on their punctuality and customer service skills.
