“Went to Abbey House Vets for an emergency appointment. Staff were very helpful and reassuring saw the vet fairly quickly. I have a 7 year old Cockapoo called Jinny who unfortunately had had 2 fit like episodes earlier, she was very lethargic and her heart beat was rapid . bloods were taken and advice given re said episodes . Would highly recommend.”

“Used to be excellent but the last 6 months or so have gone down hill at speed, most staff are abrupt, leave you waiting at the desk as if invisible and increasingly out off stock. booked a flu jab, am in my 70’s and received an email saying they were out it free jabs and I would have to pay, that is total rubbish and should not have happened, cancelled and booked elsewhere, this is a blatant case of “trying it on”,”
