“I stayed at the Halfway House B&B while working in Leeds, its a lovely pub with great ales, friendly welcoming staff and locals alike. The girl behind the bar even recommended places to get an evening meal. The bar itself was very clean and decorated nicely with large tv screens, pool table and darts board. The room I stayed in was what seemed to be in a converted house joined onto the pub. The room was very modern, spotlessly clean with comfortable furnishings and bed. The following morning I had a lovely cooked breakfast (i had veggie option but there was a great choice to suit all) with toast, Juice and tea, served in the bar area of the pub by a friendly lady who couldn't do enough for you. I would definitely stay there again next time I'm working up there.”

“Friendly and professional, we were quickly seated and our order taken. The food was delicious in a good portion size and for a fair price. My only qualms was there didn't seem enough parking, we were lucky to get a spot, and they frequently asked if everything was okay during the meal. I know some people lile that attentiveness though.”

“Very pleasant staff that I spoke to. The whole place appears clean and tidy. The pool was nice and warm and the changing areas appear to have underfloor heating, which is great when you get out of the pool. The showers were also a good temperature, and lasted a reasonable amount of time. Plenty staff cleaning the locker area, regularly. I believe the car park was free for 3 hours. As of February 25, they're taking cash, which is a big bonus, as I'd much rather pay cash. Most leisure centres around here have gone cashless. I'll define going back here, even though it's not the closest leisure centre to me. I assume this is run by Leeds City Council - Great job! Miles better than any of the Kirklees facilities.”

“I am not local for this Asda but I keep coming back here when possible due to the huge stock of food and baby kid need, and staff everywhere (cashier, safe guard, floor staff) are good.”

“Best Pizza in Leeds, chuffed they’re on our door step in Morley. Small local business so everyone should support these as they are far superior to Domino’s, Pizza Hut and other takeaways. First knew of them doing my cousins wedding, middle of winter, -5 degrees, snowing and still showed in Doncaster from Leeds and delivered the best pizza and some much needed stomach lining for some drunken guests. They open on weekends at their shop, sometimes different days if they make too much dough for their weddings. If you’re lucky enough to live in Morley, go get your pizza, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!”

“I was on the hunt for a vegan birthday cake for my partner and stumbled across CK’s Instagram. So glad I did, I asked if a Matrix themed cake would be possible and they were so accommodating and fit my order in no problems. Communication throughout was fantastic and the finished cake was so wonderful and exceeded my expectations! The cake looked and tasted amazing and I’m so happy with my order. CK will be at the top of my list for any future events and I’d recommend them to anyone! Thank you so, so much!”

“OMG. I had been recommended this little gem by a colleague who lives locally. And as described the best Pizza around, although I haven't tried them all, I wasn't disappointed. Perfect service from a wonderful family business, even better pizza and to top it off the gorgeous lady put a free bottle of lager in the bag to accompany my meal. I will 100% be back the next time I'm in town. Don't miss the opportunity to sample a little slice of Italy here in Leeds.
