1. Regards. . ★☆☆☆☆

   Beware of Arrogant owner who seems to think he knows best when it comes to Amazon Returns ( look at all similar reviews to mine) basically tried to tell me that I had to box up my Amazon return - Dear Mr Arrogant read what it says on the Amazon return instructions and yours & every other return point - Package less Returns Derrr!! That's my review not to contact Amazon and let them decide if you will be allowed to take returns in the future... Incidentally I thought the shop looked somewhat Shabby and perhaps in need of a little tidying...won't be using again & advising others to do the same .

   Parcels for collection gone missing three times now. Each time they say, "oh this never happens". Staff are generally rude, unhelpful and speak with you like you're an inconvenience whatever you're asking. Most of the facilities in the shop are closed or don't work. Lots of out of date products, prices are high and the place is dirty.

   Not sure why fair prices is commonly used in reviews. Expensive and sometimes you're lucky to get served if they're chatting and rather off putting when the people/customers they are chatting too are swearing

   Best place to go in Morley, best staff around and everything fairly priced. Not mention the delivery service they offer it's top class and if there's ever anything they don't have you've ordered they will call and go through substitutions with you over the phone. Special mention to AJ he's always doing great things for the local community.

   Ordered 4 times. First time called to say half of stuff not available. Second time, took an hour an half of desserts not available. 3rd time was the Indian food, half of things not available, 4th time, 1hr 10 mins delivery, for yet something else to be forgotten. I love idea of supporting a local business and keep giving them the chance to get it right, but I reckon 4 times is enough times to be let down.

   I took my 3 Evri parcels in after work and after struggling carrying them all in i was told by the young girl behind the counter very rudely and in front of a shop full of customers I couldn’t drop them off and would have to bring them back again the next morning which I couldn’t due to work commitments…I drove to another Evri drop off point and left them there easily… I will be putting in a complaint with Evri also

   Walked in this shop to buy a few things and all I could hear was a member of staff swearing while talking to the owner behind the counter, f&## tw## was a few choice words I heard. The owner served me while continuing to talk to the women who was swearing. I said thanks and he just turned away and continued talking, rude and very unprofessional. I'm sure his parents and grandparents that started the shop would be very proud. Disgusting.

   Incredibly rude and unhelpful member of staff, I was made to feel like an inconvenience being in the store. It was a larger lady that served me, I’ve had issues with the same member of staff previously. This lady should not be in a customer facing role. I won’t be going back to this store again purely due to this member of staff.

   Fat old lady behind the counter was very rude. Went to buy a tango ice blast, bought one and she accused me to stealing one another. Was wearing a t shirt and shorts… where was I suppose to hide it… down my pants!!! Avoid this shop looks decent on facebook when it’s actually just rubbish.
