   They show up when they want regardless of when you book it. I also booked a taxi to Morrisons the other day and when I walked up to my taxi the driver had let someone else in the car and drove off with my card still attached to the ride so a stranger nearly had their ride paid for by me and there was no way to contact them so I watched as they took someone else to my house. I don’t recommend this shocking app or service.

   Never had any trouble with the drivers, but the call operator working at night on the 25th of June is a complete plant pot, stranded on the other side of Leeds with 2 kids for over an hour waiting for a taxi that had been prebooked in the morning, he shouldn't be allowed near a taxi office again!!

   Thw worst taxi service in leeds avoid at all costs drivers are rude and incosiderate call handelers are even worse they will constantly lie to you, hang up on you mid inquiry because they are too lazy to answer questions then they will tell you that it is your fault. Also the drivers will cancel your taxi at the last minute if they change their mind and charge you sometimes. USE CENTRAL OR UBER THEY WORK OUT CHEAPER AND TURN UP ON TIME WITH NO PROBS

   Rude staff on call centre. Called and canceled a taxi within plenty of time. Then rang another later on and was told I was banned as I hadn't canceled even though they sent 2 cars! Central cars all the way from now on. Such a shame as morley cars used to be good. Won't be using again!
