TELLING drivers they HAVE to work alternate weekends! Absolutely NOT! That is a DRIVER choice NOT an employer DEMAND.And, believe it or not, is also dependent on how many working hours already done. After all, the driver is responsible for his / her licence. So if you want to do shortened weekends just remember for every reduced weekend rest, makeup time applies by week 3. Or aren't office staff aware of this . . . ??That's what I mean by it's down to the drivers to determine what they do.
