   Five stars to the lovely Asda Morley male assistant that helped my 8 year old son find a Christmas jumper this morning in his size. He saw us looking disappointed and went to look in the back /store area and found two jumpers in his size so we were very happy. Zero stars to the three sales women that said everything available was hung out on the ends of the isles and couldn’t be bothered checking for us. You nearly lost Asda a big sale as we bought two jumpers in the end.

   This specifically for the pharmacy service. Absolutely diabolical! Although I am registered to get a text when my prescription order is available for collection, I seldom do. When I try to access the by phone to enquire, their phone just rings out. If your meds are urgently required, which mine often are, I suggest you look for another pharmacy! Asda's is not fit for purpose. Only adding 1 star as I can't give 0

   Shocking! Xmas rewards lost by an IT malfunction at the check out! Staff unable to help! Contacted call centre, left in a phone queue for 55 mins! Then call terminated! Be careful redeeming those hard earned ‘Rewards’ or more accurately ‘Stolen Rewards’. Guess it’s a good way not to payout! Shops somewhere else!

   I am not local for this Asda but I keep coming back here when possible due to the huge stock of food and baby kid need, and staff everywhere (cashier, safe guard, floor staff) are good.

   Yesterday's delivery was awkward. You're asked to rate the service but a low rating affects future deliveries. So you're not allowed to speak up. That’s why I’m writing here. I booked a 6 - 7 AM delivery slot, but the eta they me gave was 7:46 AM. I took a screenshot and prepared in case that ETA was a lie. Sure enough driver called at 6:16 am. I got to him in 2 minutes, but he was leaving. I waved and thankfully he stopped. He wasn’t seem happy to be there. Maybe he had too many deliveries. But they take out their frustrations on us. I can’t recommend ASDA for online deliveries. Some drivers go above and beyond e.g. once during heavy rain and the driver went out of her way to protect my groceries. Others have been inappropriate and borderline unsafe, that I have to ask a friend to keep watch from her flat. Their prices are lower, but you pay in other ways e.g. missed deliveries, poor ETA , working around emotional drivers, safety. I think they’d rather you shop in-store. I used to shop online twice a week at asda. Now it's gone down to once a month or less

   I tried to call, there is no option to speak in store. I just want to ask if they do a service or not. Thats why 2 star. It should be one star. Do you have new m&m peanut chocolate pick and mix machine at your store. THANKS

   Shop here quite regular on an evening as they're open 24-hours, it's a nice little shop and the staff are all friendly.

   Click and collect between 4pm - 4.30pm my partner went to collect at 4.10pm and they said oh it's not on the tablet, you'll have to wait. If you are paying for a service you expect it to be ready, if its not ready, communication should be sent to the customer to let them know there has been a delay. Poor service. Always seem to have issues with click and collect, delivery is always fine.
