   Ive just been reading all the reviews on here about broughton house surgery and i have to disagree with a lot of them ive had quite a few complications iver the past month or so and these guys couldnt do enough to help from receptionists to medical staff i have had my doubts in doctors just fobbing people off completely thrown out of the window these guys are amazing kind friendly and helpful and i cant thank them enough for rhe help and care ive recieved

   I just don't understand all the negative reviews ? I can tell you that I have been to some really awful doctors !!!!! And this is NOT one . They have always treat me with respect and understanding, I don't have a bad word to say about them . And to the wingers , don't you realise that every doctors in this country are struggling. ? So be thankful that you still have a doctor. !!!

   Attended an appointment with Libby the nurse who could not have been more helpful so thank you. I was provided with an amazing service and was seen quickly and then took some time to provide myself with some advice and answer's to the question's that I had asked and not rushed me then sent myself some follow up link's also to look through and study. Highly recommend seeing Libby if you want a professional service.

   First time I came to this place today as a referal for son. Firstly i wasn't seen on time, finally when the dr called us in the first thing she asked me was what i expected from her today (it went down hill after this). I felt like saying i expect you to just fix the issue but i didn't and tried to keep the conversation as civilised as possible. The dr was a complete waste of time and called in another dr who just asked me to read info from a website. I really hope they don't call us back here. They were completely useless.

   This surgery used to be really bad, reception staff lazy and unhelpful. Recently I've noticed a change. New reception staff who are much more helpful and actually make an effort to help. Appointments seem easier and quicker to book. I hope these improvements continue. Please keep it up, the patients really appreciate the positive changes.

   Absolute joke, BEST AVOIDED. Be prepared to wait on the phone for a minimum of 30min...however 45min to 1h sounds lot more acurate. Competence of GP`s is questionable to say the least and only seems to stretch as far as you could get using google search yourself. Personaly had a number of ocations when told to take paracetamol.. only to come back next day with symptoms worsened

   Called today for an appointment after weeks of trying. Finally got a telephone appointment. By 2:30 I hadn’t received the call and as I was going out for the school run I called and was told it would be after 3:30pm. Had my phone on loud in my hand and it’s also connected to my watch. 15:26 missed called from the doctors. It didn’t even ring once, my phone didn’t even vibrate! Called the surgery to be told they always attempt 2 calls to a PT. I had a nurse appointment at 5pm gave to face explained this to the receptionist to be told he won’t be attending another call as I have missed one he’s fully booked and was already behind, nothing available till after the 16th. After a few more words of home unacceptable this was the managed to ‘squeeze’ me in on Thursday. Magic that. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone and I will be moving surgery after being with these 16yrs

   Worst place ever! They never answer phones. It's like couple people in Reception chatting and you hanging on the line about 20 mins. If you order needles and strips for diabetes test they will give you just needles or just stripes or completely something different. I done blood test and they didn't give me result just Seend me a text to book another test next 4weeks. So I call but they don't want to tell me results as I need to speak with nurse (who gonna call me back next 2 weeks!!!). I was waiting and on that day they just send me a text message with my results! No numbers or professional results just "u need eat less carbs and less sweets and move more"!!! That's professional surgery respond?! For someone who doesn't feel well and need to know what's happened?! I lost this time waiting for result which I didn't have!!!
