   Very professional service by a 1st class company. Our whole house went from nothing to a "Smart home", and all running through Control 4. The system was designed, supplied and fitted by Veritais. They also carried out our lighting design for the full project. We can't say enough good things about them. Nothing was ever problem even when we made changes half way through the project.

   We have a Control 4 system in place, which we had for 6 years now. Before we met Veritais we used another Control 4 Platinum Dealer, they were great at Sales waffle but poor at long term customer satisfaction. They never upgraded the software, took ages to respond when we had an issue and never resolved any of the issues we were experiencing. We had ongoing issues with our Control 4 system, issues with lighting, alarm, and the TV, infract most of the system had small issues, which sometimes would cause the system to stop working which then resulted in larger issues. Early last year we contacted Veritais, Jamie came to see us, he spent time on the system and compiled a detailed report of what we needed to do for our system to work correctly. Over the last 12 months we have worked together in upgrading the system, fixing all the bugs we had (which our previous installation company couldn't do) and added new features such as gate automation and connecting our system to Echo Show (Alexa) devices throughout the house. This company and its staff truly exceed customer expectations, they are polite, professional, and extremely helpful. It's a shame when giving out Platinum Dealer status recognition control 4 doesn't ask existing customers to score the dealer as these guys would be a Platinum partner.

   My wife and I used Veritais for the AV and outside light components of a major house refurbishment in West Berkshire. This included integrated Sky, BT, Sonos and DVD players. Their service was excellent including during the planning and fitting stages and their aftercare has been wonderful too and they have made sure that any problems we have encountered have always been fixed (albeit I must say that this is usually down to the Sky box and not any of their work). We could not recommend them more highly.
