   We celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Matrix VR and had an absolutely fantastic time! The experience was so much fun for everyone, and it really made her special day memorable. The staff were very attentive and friendly, making sure we were all comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an exciting and engaging activity. We’ll definitely be coming back!

   Booked Matrix VR in Birmingham for my partner’s birthday and it was brilliant! We had the whole place to ourselves which made the experience even better. We tried two different games and both were great fun. The staff member looking after us (unfortunately didn’t catch his name) was fantastic – really professional, explained everything in detail, gave us some excellent recommendations, and even let us run over our time by about 10 minutes so we could try a different mode on the last game. Such a great experience from start to finish. We’ll definitely be booking another session!

   What an amazing experience at Matrix VR in Birmingham! The team was absolutely excellent – friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. My children had the best time exploring the different games available, with the Race Car game being their absolute favourite. It was great to see how engaged and excited they were throughout. The staff were fantastic with the kids, stepping in with patience and encouragement whenever they needed a bit of support. My 9yr old daughter become a professional race car driver!! She absolutely loved it. Overall, it was a fun-filled and memorable day. Thank you, Matrix VR, for giving the kids such a fantastic experience – we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended! Thank you Matrix VR and the team. Foss. ---

   A really great experience. The guys were friendly and really helpful - I don't know if they are the owners or employees but if they are employees they deserve a raise. We booked for an hour and they do a great job with the tutorial, understanding your level of experience and offering you a range of games to try. They also weren't stingy with time, they gave us the tutorial in VR and then an hour. They also said we could have more time (I think because it was quiet) but we were tired out. I will be recommending this place to friends and family. If you haven't done VR - do it here first.

   Visited in July with family. I’ve been to a few different VR experiences in the past and this was the best one. Daniel and Omar did a great job of explaining the technology and games to all of us (some who had never done VR before). They were also extremely friendly and helpful in adjusting the equipment and ensuring everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves. Great range of games and the driving experience was also fun and a bit different!

   Thank you for the lovely time, I went here with my partner for the first time and our hosts were very kind and enthusiastic. They suggested many games and experiences for us to try. I personally struggled with some of the games but the hosts were very attentive and determined to make our session fun and successful. Despite the setback we both enjoyed our time here!

   This was my first time at VR, it was so much fun. We played 2 games whilst we were there, beat Saber and a zombie game. They were great, its a lot more energetic than you think. The hosts were informative and helpful. Unfortunately Dan got a kick in the shin from me when he was helping me with my gun (a zombie came up to me) Sorry Dan
