   I have been a Customer of Beautyvell for over 18 years and I would never dream of going anywhere else. Ali and the team understand what relationship building is and how to look after their customers. The whole team will always go out of their way to help and accommodate you and they never treat you like you're just a number. The variety of treatments coupled in with their expertise on products and services to help you is why I would never go else where for my needs. There is a reason other businesses in the same field come and go, and why after 35 years Beautyvell still stand strong on our high street. Thank you to Ali and the team x

   I have been coming to Beautyvell for over 20years and I can never fault the salon. The salon itself is very calming, relaxing and the aromatherapy smell hits you as soon as you walk in which is lovely. The treatments are always to a high standard of finish. The therapists are very kind, polite and friendly and any privacy within a treatment is always given and I’ve never felt uncomfortable. The receptionist is always polite and welcoming and always greets you with a pleasant smile. I would highly recommend to all my friends and family.

I always feel so welcome and so comfortable and almost at home with the welcome I receive every time from Suzanne on reception to Ali and her whole team. Ali, whom always does my wonderful treatments makes me feel so relaxed and at ease that I always fall asleep during my massage, its the best power nap.    A hidden gem in Uxbridge. Absolutely first rate service. The staff are friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. From first meeting Susanne at reception to full service treatments; you are treated with respect, courtesy and that luxury feeling you get from a spa. Good quality products and a nice, clean, calming decor with clear, up front pricing. You are only recommended treatments you need. It was recommended that I don’t get laser treatments as they wouldn’t work on my hair type even though I wanted it. Instead a suitable alternative plan was worked out despite this losing them money. Over time, Ali has become a therapist, life coach and confidant; who keeps her wax at the right temperature! I wouldn’t go elsewhere.

   So my face felt a little dry and needed some well deserved TLC. I started searching for places in the locality that can slide me into there dairy very last minute. First on my google search was Beautyvell, located just off the main Uxbridge High Street. I called them two days ago from that date of the review, they booked me in today and for a 60 minute male facial massage. That was a relief no need to research any further. I drove down to Beautyvell, but didn’t realise that parking isn’t the best, there are no spaces on the street due to permit and restrictions so best place was the big shopping centre and then a 5-10 minute walk up. As I walked in the staff were very welcoming which was great. They made you feel like you belong there. I arrived just on time and quickly taken to the treatment room. A small calming room, which straight away relaxes you. I got ready and the treatment started. Whilst having the treatment, I was informed that within the 60 minute facial a shoulder massage was included which was actually the best part. The facial felt amazing and also felt like my face was healing. My blackheads were also taken out after having steam blown on my face. I can say that from the time I entered to the time the treatment ended I was really pleased. The hour procedure was worth very penny. I paid £65. I recommend Beautyvell.

   5 star treatment. Highly recommend Beautyvell and the lovely Ali. Had my 7 year old daughters ears pierced here and it was such a great service. My daughter was a little anxious but Ali really helped settle her and made her feel calm about it all. Ali was so friendly and lovely, myself and my daughter felt at ease straight away. The aftercare recommendations and advice was both very useful and thorough. I was delighted with the experience and so was my daughter, she was chuffed to bits with her new earrings! And it was excellent value for money.

   Unnecessarily stressful experience today getting my daughters ears pierced. I would not recommend for children's ear piercing the lady was very nervous and panicked a lot. There was alot of fumbling with the light which did not go to the right place for my daughter's left ear. She rushed the second ear with poor light so it didn't clasp the earring properly. I was then left to try to manually assist myself. The lady seemed inexperienced and lacked poise and confidence.

   I have been going to Ali and the team at Beautyvell for a few years on a regular basis and the service and treatments are exceptional! I not only go for regular treatments but also for treating myself for facials and massage. I have been particularly impressed about how they have kept the safety of their staff and customers as a priority. The communication around what is required and the way that is actioned and implemented, even going above and beyond government recommendations, has meant I have felt safe and protected at all times going in for treatments. Keep up the great work!

   I have been having various treatments at the salon for over 10 years. The staff from the receptionist to the owner are professional and friendly. The salon maintains high standards of cleanliness and have introduced very high standards to be Covid safe. Over the pandemic it is one of the very few places I feel safe visiting.

   I have facials and eyelash/eyebrow tint and shape every other week. From the reception to the owner, this place epitomises everything you are looking for from a beauty salon. Professional, friendly, experts and the facials are the best I have had. Zoe is my beauty therapist and she is totally stand out in the quality of service she provides. I love this team!
