   Had the most terrible experience, didn't like my eyebrows at all, dont understand the concept of arch. Went on a Sunday and the lady there said that the owner is not around. Charged 7 pounds for threading and there was so much faff around not being able to pay by cash. Had to transfer money from my account cos they dont have a card machine. Terrible experience, poor service. So many places out there with alot less faff and much cheaper.

   Went with a friend yesterday and were walk-ins. We spotted the threading sign outside and popped in. The door was opened for us and we were welcomed nicely by the nails team. Asha came to invite us to the back and we had our eye brows threaded, eye lashes tinted and some first time face waxing which was not as painful as expected. Asha was lovely and we were both very satisfied with our results. We will be back when in Ruislip. Thank you for having us yesterday.

   I go to Aisha for my bikini wax and she is first rate - very friendly, professional and good at her job. She has a small room in the back of a nail salon, which is not luxurious, but fit for purpose and the table is comfortable. Considering she offers the best price in the neighborhood by quite a lot, I can’t fault the location.

   I asked for full set of eyelash extensions - classic/natural- which was going to be £50. My appointment was at 6pm. In the end after a rushed hour long treatment, I left with half of my lashes done (eye line that's most visible) with barely anytime to look at myself and decide if it's what I asked for. I was still asked to pay £50 as if I had a full set done. Not happy, wouldn't go back.

   Had my eyebrows done for the first time by Asha and she did them really well. Also, had my bikini area done. She made me feel comfortable during the process and was very friendly in general, surprisingly relaxing. I would recommend any service by her as she is professional and her prices are very reasonable for the service carried out. 10/10 would recommend her and will be going there again & again
