My mother had a lovely day she had a facial, manicure and pedicure. This is the first time she has been to the Natural Beauty salon in Eastcote. She said the girls were very professional, and provided an excellent service. She will definately go again . She felt very pampered.

I had such a lovely experience at the beauty salon! I had an amazing pedicure and gel toe nails done by Beata, who was incredibly welcoming and made me feel completely at ease. I also had a spray tan, and the lady who did it was just as kind and professional. The whole atmosphere was calm and relaxing — I was even offered a hot drink, which made the morning feel extra special. I don’t usually visit beauty salons often, but I truly enjoyed every moment of this visit. I left feeling pampered, glowing, and totally ready for the beach and my holiday, Highly recommended.
Absolutely loved my visit here to get a pedicure. I have been to lots of busier salons but here I really felt heard and cared for. The facilities are clean, crisp and elegant with a more intimate feel. The 2 lovely staff members were so polite and caring and personally I like being pampered and having a natter so this was perfect. The selection of colours for my pedicure was great and the finish and durability was brilliant. Thanks so much I will be back.
I went to Natural Beauty salon for the first time on Friday morning. I booked my appointment online, the Web booking service was easy to use and I received reminders ahead of the treatment. I booked a soak off and new gel application as two separate services as the description of the gel services did not include soak off. When I finished my treatment and was at the till to pay, the lady very kindly corrected the service so I got the cheaper price for the service as a joint treatment. This was very kind as she could have made me pay the additional money for my error. This shows how much they put their customers first. I turned up 10 minutes before they opened and they happily waved me in and were ready to start. The salon was a beautiful, serene and clean environment. I was that annoying client that had a picture of the shape and colour I wanted. The lady was so patient and accommodating of what I wanted. My soak off was done by hand, this is a winner for me as I don't like the use of the machine filing. When it came to doing the shape, the lady asked me on each hand if I was happy with the shape, she was doing her utmost to make sure I got exactly the shape I wanted. She was meticulous with each layer of gel and took her time to ensure that no spot was missed. The end product was amazing, the shape and gel coverage are perfect (I don't say that often!!). I've already booked my next appointment and this is now my go to place for my nails. Looking forward to trying more treatments with this lovely salon.
Walked into this place to get a last minute manicure. Disappointed that I wasn't welcomed and felt awkward while I was waiting to be seen. I asked a few questions about prices and products and I was told to look at the website. That made me feel like they didn't have any product knowledge or the time to really help me. Not a great experience.
My 14 year old daughter gets waxed by Sanj and its always quick and comfortable experience. She makes my daughter feel relaxed. On a personal note, Sanj is a professional and friendly person making me and daughter feel at ease. Highly recommended this salon.
Love getting my eyebrows waxed and tinted at Natural Beauty! I am very particular over my eyebrows, and Sanj always takes extra care - and I have always been extremely happy with the result. The salon itself is so lovely inside and always clean. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to get beauty treatments, laser or massages to book here!
