Recently had an amazing experience with Abi for a Korean Deep Cleansing Facial. My skin felt super clean, smooth, and looked brighter and more hydrated after the treatment. Abi was lovely and made me feel really comfortable - would definitely recommend and will go back for another!
Kai is amazing! I’ve been dealing with plantar fasciitis for a few months and have seen her a few times now. She uses a scraping tool on my heel to help break up the tightness and stretches my legs to release tension. After my most recent session, I’ve felt such a big improvement. Highly recommend!
Two stars because of the waxing I have been here a couple of times for Hollywood waxing and both times the therapist double dipped wax this means they use the same wooden stick to apply wax to your skin and then dip it back into the same wax and repeat the process this is extremely extremely unhygienic. I’m very unprofessional. Themselves are very nice however there is no excuse for unhygienic practices, especially when it comes to intimate areas like the vagina. I would return if staff were retrained correctly and didn’t try and Save money by reusing sticks. Massage was great
I’ve been having treatments with Kai and Abi since moving to Rickmansworth, and I couldn’t recommend them more! Kai has given me pregnancy massages as well as full-body and hot stone massages. She always pinpoints exactly where the pain is and explains how to relieve it beyond just massage. I even recommended her to my father-in-law, and thanks to her treatments he has made remarkable progress since his stroke. Over the past year, Kai and her team have worked hard to improve his circulation and muscle movement, and we’ve seen a real difference in his independence and mobility. I’ve also had treatments from Abi, including regular eyebrow waxing and tinting, as well as her incredible Korean facials. These facials have improved my skin so much that even my husband noticed the difference — especially the reduction in blackheads on my nose!

Had my first massage with Kai today following a recommendation from a friend. I have had back pain and neck stiffness for a while now. I tried chiropractors and osteopaths in the past. She put me at ease and gave me the best massage of my life. I could feel the knots in my neck clicking. She offers massages based on your needs. I will definitely be going back for a package. Highly recommend this place.

I book to have a foot massage, due to my plantar fasciitis, I end up having both full body and foot massage. The pain in my foot was completely relieve and my whole body was so relax. The service was excellent and the ladies were very lovely and accommodating. Kai was really nice and I will definitely come back, even though it’s a bit of a journey for me, coming from east london, was worth it. Definitely recommend to friends and family.
