   I always have a wonderful experience at this parlour. Whether it’s for hair services, face wax, or eyebrows, everything is done patiently and with great perfection. The staff is very friendly—especially Renna and Simran, who usually attend to me. Even the owner is soft-spoken and very helpful. Highly recommend this place for their excellent service and warm atmosphere!

   Stumble upon this place by accident the most amazing massage I’ve ever had and is every time I come back I will drive 100 miles to go to this place. It is absolutely amazing for head massage body massage. The woman is so brilliant that you don’t even have to tell her what it is hurts absolutely amazing would recommend this to anyone Wayne.

   I just faced a disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to this salon. I walked in for a facial treatment and was not asked at the reception whether I had a prior appointment. The therapist proceeded to start the facial without any clarification. However, midway through the session, the receptionist interrupted to inform me that I did not have a booking and that another client with a scheduled appointment was waiting. I was then asked to leave and rebook for another time. This experience was not only unprofessional but also quite embarrassing. I understand that appointments are important, but the situation could have been handled with more courtesy and proper communication from the start. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your front-desk communication and overall customer service to avoid such situations in the future.

   Went here for a pedicure. The girls were very welcoming , no complaints about customer service but the pedicure I had was not professional. Asked for a French tip which I’m sad to say in capable of doing better myself. It wasn’t straight and didn’t look white.

   I am absolutely disappointed! I came in for a root touch up and asked for platinum blonde but they gave me ginger and I didn't realise till I got home - keep in mind this was just yesterday. I'm very angry with the way my hair looks all because of this unexperienced hair dressers!

   Today was my 2nd trip to this Salon and I absolutely love it. The staff make you feel so comfortable. They are professional and friendly. I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted and I couldn't be happier with the result. Today I had the best pedicure and manicure I have ever experienced, the lady was very thorough, giving me a massage on the feet and hands which makes a lot of difference to the experience of having these sort of things done. I also had shellac on both. I will 1000 percent be returning,I have already booked in for more treatments. Also the prices are very very reasonable. If you are looking to be pampered then this is the place to go. 5 *****
