   Terrible rude people. I booked an appointment a month before which I received confirmation for as an email. I called to pay deposit which again I received the message for only to hear that they cant find me in system and my appointment was never booked. The lady on phone had very abusive tone to begin with. I will avoid them at any cost. Attached is the confirmation of email which they denied.

   I rarely leave any reviews but I felt so horrible after making an inquiry about a certain product. Has been told they do not give any information and this are professional products. I was nothing but polite . The man who served me was extremely rude and he looked like he thoroughly enjoyed it . I left speechless .

   Highly Disappointed !! Being a loyal customer for 5 years buying the same hair product time to time, I have noticed when it is purchased and collected by myself then I was given it for the regular price but on the occasions when someone else collected it on my behalf, it was offered on a different price. As a customer I understands prices go up but not only when you see new faces. Poor customer service and business strategy !!! Hate to haggle over pricing so accepted it but definitely won't recommend this high-street shop to anyone and won't be going back again. Merry Xmas!
