Worst customer service skills... staff just oblivious of any customer service skills. Only bothered about orders. Awww you are at the wrong till you need to go to the other till now a mile wrong. Big disappointment... not been to the cinema for a while. What a joke!!

Not a bad cinema. Small rooms for watching movies. Not bad for a spontaneous night out to watch a movie. Nice refreshments available, would love if the cinema rooms were a little bigger but overall a good place. Would be good if a arcade or some sort of bowling could be incorporated into the building, I suspect that would help a lot.

Odeon is a fantastic cinema with a great atmosphere. The screens are big, the picture and sound quality are excellent, and the seats are very comfortable for a long movie. The place is kept clean and well maintained, which makes the whole experience enjoyable. The staff are friendly and helpful, and getting tickets is quick and easy whether you book online or at the counter. Thereβs also a good variety of snacks and drinks available, which adds to the cinema feel. Overall, a brilliant cinema that always delivers a great movie experience β definitely worth 5 stars

Generally good, not so sure scanning people in at the door and only having a single person doing that. Someone just has to have a slow phone and you have 2 sets of two or more backed up and getting impatient. Seeing these people have already paid and just want access to the theatre/movie they came in to see. At the front of the cinema screen 1, about 30 mins in the air con kicks in and blows down and over you, strange for a late movie in Feb. Sat in coat zipped up. Good seats, great sound and would return, but just minor things that need to get better,

Clean cinema and polite staff. Came to watch a movie one night, the cinema was in good condition as were the toilets and foyer area where the food was being served. Prices for food and drinks are high but thatβs understandable as theyβre there to make money. Parking should be validated but you need to pay, unless you come in after 6pm.

Lovely cinema, smaller than most however very comfortable. Visited a few times. Most recently watched Avatar: The way of water in 3D a couple of weeks ago. Ordered food which was lovely. Couple of issues however. First was that they seem to have introduced a system whereby you order your food/drink then collect it from a separate collection point. No issue with that however we were directed by a staff member to use a touchscreen machine to order which didn't work correctly and took us ages to get our order through, there was then a long wait and queue at the collection point, despite the order tills not having anyone waiting. After we had ordered our food and whilst waiting at the collection point, I decided wanted to order some popcorn so went to the till to order rather than the machine. The lady took my order and then I had to go back and wait at the collection point for the rest of it. I couldn't help but look at all the till staff with no customers waiting around whilst the collection point team were all scrambling to get each order done and we waited for around 10-15 mins. I'm sure it would have been quicker if each server just served their own customers. We booked and paid for Premier seating, when we got to our seats, someone else was already in them who showed us their digital tickets which showed they had the same seats that we had booked, must've been an issue with double booking on the website. We highlighted this to a member of staff who moved us to another Premier seat across the other side of the aisle, no problem. On the row in front of us was a large family of around 10 people, 2 adults and 8 children who non-stop talked, made phone calls, got up walking around, swapping seats, climbing over each other, playing on tablets. It was all very distracting when they were sat right in front of us and it sadly ruined our experience of the film. We didn't highlight this to any members of staff at the time or speak to the family as didn't want to be rude however I do feel that the staff should maybe be keeping an eye on what is going on in the screens to tackle this sort of behaviour. Overall a good cinema however think the service could be improved and to ensure that other customers are behaving appropriately during screenings.

Great place. Free parking after 6. Autonomic machine to buy tickets. Lift that take you up. A bit of walking through the mall to cinema and food section closes almost 8:30 i guess. Interval of about 5 mins. Seats are just okayish, not too comfy but plenty leg space. I guess i told everything anyone might need to know but overall Amazing experience.

Used to visit this cinema on almost a weekly basis for many years. It's got very standard screens and seating, and this used to be reflected in the price. Unfortunately, they've really hiked up the prices in the last 3 years, and they are way too high now for what it is. Even worse, Odeon scrapped their rewards scheme around the time the prices started to go up here. Factor in the food prices which had always been high, and it really adds up now. I'm more likely to travel further and spend that money in better equipped venues instead. Probably the one draw they have left is that they screen a lot of Punjabi and Polish movies, and both of those communities are vast locally. Being of a Punjabi background myself, I am aware of Punjabi celebs visiting for premieres here once in a while. There's ample parking in the shopping centre car park. It's free after 6pm and all day Sunday. You can get 2 hours free if you spend over Β£5 at the nearby Tesco and request a parking voucher.
