Great service. Brow Lamination and lashes. Katie is very professional and attentive. Very happy with my lashes and brows.Great value and care. Would recommend and will return again! I’m now converted to brow lamentation!
Do not go here!!!! I came in asking for cluster lashes and I was told sure no problem. Went to the toilet while room was set up came out to be told aggressively that I took to long and I’m going to have to wait as her 10.30 appointment arrived despite it being 10.40 and her saying she could do my lashes. I asked her if that was the case how would she have been able to do my lashes in such a short time while her appointment arrived. She then became aggressively rude and asked me to leave. The toilet also was quite unclean. So, maybe she did me a favor not getting my lashes done there. Very unorganized, unprofessional and rude. I would advise that you do not go here. Lily brows a few shops down is so much better, very professional lady and good at her job with better prices too! ☺️
went for an armpit wax this morning and i will never come back. very unhygienic and disorganised. 1. they did not prep the skin before waxing. they just applied talcum powder and applied the wax. they double dipped the lollipop stick into the same wax - you are supposed to change the waxing stick after every application!! they also did not change the wax before me so they probably used wax that they used on a previous client on me. 2. they used the same waxing strip on me more than once!! 3. the room was dirty and the wax pots were dirty. 4. took 2 people to wax me and one of the women had long hair and she didn't even put it in a ponytail so it was going all over the equipment. do not recommend

wouldn’t recommend another place , my favourite place for my self care days - specialises in all sort of beauty treatments. I’ve been going here for years , wouldn’t go anywhere else❤️❤️❤️
The place is on a convenient location and they offer walk ins. However the place is quiet dirty , they leave customers to ring on the phone for ages , then to wait in the waiting area for ages . My eyebrows looked like after the tint that I am trying to enter a drag queen show, so I personally would not recommend them. However they are polite , but I think the work load a bit too much for 2 people.
I've been using this salon for the last two years, the customer service is exceptional.The team at Onyx are fantastic and so friendly and always will try to accommodate. I'm really surprised with the earlier reviews as I have only had positive experiences at this professional salon. Onyx is definitely the best Salon in the West Drayton area.
