   I had a really disappointing experience at this parlour. I booked an O3 brightening facial and even mentioned that my wedding is in February, so I was expecting a truly professional service. However, the blackhead removal was extremely painful — unlike anything I’ve experienced during a facial before. After the procedure, my nose looked terrible and irritated. This is definitely not the kind of service I expected, especially after clearly stating how important the occasion was. Very unhappy with the overall experience.

   I had a genuinely upsetting and distressing experience at this salon. I went in for a simple eyebrow wax—something I’ve done many times here and elsewhere without issues—but the beautician completely over-waxed one of my eyebrows, removing a large portion of it to the point that it was visibly uneven and sparse. I naturally have thick, full brows and had never even used brow products before this, but I was left with such a drastic change that it made me feel self-conscious and embarrassed. The salon owner’s daughter did try to help by taking me to a few other brow specialists in Windsor the same morning, but every single one of them refused to fix it, with one even calling it a “disaster.” They said there wasn’t enough hair left to work with, and that tinting wouldn’t help. This alone shows the severity of the damage. I had to spend nearly £90 on brow products just to be able to draw something on before going to work. The salon reimbursed me for the cost, which I appreciated—but honestly, it’s not enough considering the emotional toll and disruption this has caused to my daily routine and confidence. I’ve been forced to learn how to draw on an eyebrow just to look halfway normal, which is something I never had to do before. To make things worse, this all happened right before an important meeting with my manager and a professional presentation I have this week. I’ve felt like I look artificial or cartoonish, and it’s genuinely impacted my confidence. This photo was taken after they attempted to cover the damage with tint—but multiple professionals later told me this made no sense, as tint is meant for hair, not bare skin. The result still left the brow looking sparse and uneven. I’m sharing this review so others are aware and can make informed decisions.

   Highly recommended. Got only three sessions of laser hair removal treatment and the results are amazing. The hair growth has been reduced by about 70 percent already. And also their staff is really nice nd professional.

   Have been coming here a while, and the quality of service has only decreased. My messages get ignored, and there is little to no regard for clients and their well-being. I went to another salon in langley and was amazed at the difference in service. Even the simplest things to not suggesting a certain wax due to sensitive skin was done, which made me feel so much more cared for. Sometimes the only thing that is said to me is ‘sit’. There is more to beauty services than money. Very disrespectful.

   Wonderful staff, very friendly and professional. Apart from waxing, threading, facial, haircut, they also do henna for hair which I believe not many beauty saloons offer here in UK and result turns out great. Prices are reasonable too.
