Sian is my go to manicurist and has been for over 3 years. She is cleaner, tidier and quicker than anyone else I've been to previously and I’ve never had a single concern. Loads of recommendation to friends who also trust Sian, travel to see her and don't want to go elsewhere. 5 stars every time!
Honestly, just the best. I’ve been seeing Sian for years now and thats the way it shall stay! Her professionalism, her work, her passion are exceptional. Every step of the client journey is thought out from the ease of booking, to payment, to the appointment reminders, everything is just spot on! You’re amazing!
I had an extremely disappointing experience today and was not expecting this at all. I initially booked to have BIAB applied, but only ended up getting my hard gel removed (done by another nail tech). During the appointment, Sian advised me not to proceed with BIAB today due to the damage to my nails, which I completely understood and appreciated. However, what I did not expect, nor was I informed of at any point during my appointment, of the shocking price that I would be charged for removal alone. At no point during my appointment was the cost of removal mentioned. It was only at the very end, once the service was completed, that I was told I had to pay £40, the same price as my original booking, despite receiving only a fraction of the service. I was completely taken aback and honestly felt blindsided. Had I known this beforehand, I would have never booked in the first place, especially considering that most high street and independent nail techs charge a maximum of £20 for removals. As a first-time customer, this experience left a terrible impression. Instead of feeling valued, I felt exploited. It’s disappointing that rather than being upfront and accommodating, the approach seemed more focused on profit than customer care. As a result of this poor treatment, I have now cancelled both of my upcoming bookings with Sian next week, I refuse to support a business that lacks transparency and fairness for all. If you’re considering getting your nails removed here, I strongly advise against it. Transparency and customer respect should be the bare minimum, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking here.
Such a fabulous BIAB manicure with Sian; I’m so happy I tried somewhere new! Honestly the best manicure I’ve had in years - great shape and cuticle work and the biab is flawless so super shiny ! Still in amazing condition after 1.5 weeks.Looking forward to booking in again! Thank you !
Sian is fabulous, she very friendly yet professional and is more than willing to explain what she's doing and why. I've been having BIAB nails every 3-5 weeks for the last 3months and they are the best. I'm a busy mum to young children and housework and even after 5 weeks they have never chipped or cracked or come apart. My nails are still in really good condition as well. I've also had my eyebrows waxed from Sian and the temperature is lovely, not painful and the shape matches my face perfectly. 100% would recommend Sian and her services.

Sian’s attention to detail & welcoming nature is excellent. She explains all she is doing & takes her time throughout. You don’t feel rushed at all. Sian is absolutely my go-to gal for gels! I love her gel overlays as they don’t damage my nails! She listens to my requests and accommodates whatever I need for my nails, she still lets me walk out feeling absolutely stunning! Her attention to detail and care for her clients is second to none! I don’t know what I would do without her!

If you’re local to Hillingdon, this is the best place to get your nails done. Came here for the first time after wanting to go here for a while. I got the gel nails. Sian was amazing, she’s talented, you can tell she knows what she’s doing and she works quick at a good pace. She did my nails neatly and exactly how I wanted them square.
