Great experience at the salon today. My therapist I had booked in with was sick but they still managed to fit me in for my treatment. All the therapists I met were friendly. Now had three massage done by Emma! Wow is all I gotta say, ! First time in weeks ive been pain free in my back! Highly recommend! She always goes above and beyond to help! Its been lovely, very professional, it's always sad when the massages end!
Best LvL & tint I have ever had!!! My lashes are amazing! Fern took so much care and attention over it. Also fab manicure and she was very patient while I deliberated over choice of colour. Will definitely be returning!

Emma was lovely and chatty and very meticulous. Wax used is really good especially the Lycon hot wax for sensitive bikini area.
I was let down very last minute by another salon for my waxing before holiday so I phoned Grace Ellen and they very kindly squeezed me in same day and even offered to stay past closing for me. I had a lovely chat with Emma too. I will be back, thank you so much ladies!
I’ve been to Grace Ellen a few times. My last visit to the salon was yesterday for LVL lashes with Grace. What an amazing treatment and my lashes look incredible! I went into my appointment feeling very self conscious and an hour later, Grace had made me feel so much better about myself. Grace was SO friendly, welcoming and caring. Can’t wait for my next appointment!
