I recently visited Luceen, and she is truly a wonderful hairdresser. She is extremely patient and always takes the time to really listen to what I want — I never feel rushed during my appointments. Every time I leave, I walk out genuinely happy with the results. Her pricing is very reasonable, especially considering her great experience and the quality of her work. The studio itself is large, modern, and beautifully set up, right in the heart of Gerrards Cross. I highly recommend Luceen to anyone looking for a skilled, attentive, and professional hairdresser!

Luceen is wonderful, seeing me once to consult on a perm for my post chemo hair which was a little short, booked in 4 weeks later and perm was done without any fuss, really friendly staff, clean and well kept salon. Highly recommend and highly competitive prices especially considering the affluent area! Would a 100% get my hair re done here regularly
This was my second haircut with Lianne. The first time, I got a simple bob and it was actually quite good for the price, which is why I came back. Unfortunately, this time was a very different experience. I booked a short haircut without a blow dry (which is one of the options offered), but it felt like Lianne was annoyed by that choice. If it’s not something the stylists are comfortable with, it really shouldn’t be listed. The cut itself was disappointing. My hair was supposed to be layered, but two big sections were left unblended, which looks really off. When I mentioned I’d like the back a bit shorter, she told me to book another appointment for that—something I’ve never heard from a stylist for a small adjustment. I left feeling disappointed and a bit dismissed.
Terrible hairdressing experience. Unprofessional from start to finish. Dyed my roots 2 shades lighter than my hair without any consultation or apology. Despite this then being “fixed” my hair still look’s ridiculous and the roots lighter than the rest of my hair. It took over 4 hours and on the second application my scalp started to burn (which didn’t phase my hairdresser, she told me to hold on for 10 more minutes while it finished up). There was no colour testing prior to my apt or initial consult and no apology about my hair. I was made to feel unreasonable and ridiculous. So unhappy have already booked in elsewhere to have my hair fixed and will never step foot near this place again. I also reached out to them post apt about how unhappy I was and never heard back. Avoid if you value your hair and want a nice, professional experience!

I booked in with Natasha today as a last min cancellation from my normal home hairdresser, I requested a half head root foil highlights, with a cut and blow dry. I'm so impressed, I got exactly what I wanted! My hair is pretty hard to blow dry and not many hairdressers get it how I like it, but Natasha was brilliant. I'm really happy! I also don't often write reviews, but I know what a big thing it can be trying out new hairdressers. I would highly recommend Natasha and the salon, which is in a great location, very clean and calming.
