   Visited on 7/8/2025 for the first time and had such a great experience with Mary - I’ll definitely be coming back! From the moment I walked in she was warm and friendly. She took the time to offer a personalised consultation, really listening to what I wanted while also sharing her expert advice and recommendations to help me get the best result. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I couldn’t be happier with my haircut!

   I went for the perm and I got very amazing results by the artist Mary. She did very good job with my hair and very friendly attitude. I 'd recommend if you are planning to get your hair curly. Totally worth the price.

   Rachel is a good hairdresser. But the environment, the owner and the other hairdressers is a hard pass. The hairdresser was not aware of my appointment, waited ages outside. I called the salon and the owner answered “yeah”?? Then when i proceeded to say about my appointment her tone changed. When i went in, the hairdresser was confused (she was not aware of my booking) and rushed my appointment, asking me if my hair was clean, i never had a hairwash that quick, that she will not be able to do the blow dry, she CHOPPED the first bit of hair like she was chopping meat, not even a small strand for me to check the length. I agree she asked if i ever had a similar hairstyle before but you still do not chop half of the hair at one go. She did not even cut the bob straight, one side was shorter, and she had to keep cutting to make it even. I do not recommend this salon if Rachel is not going to be your hairdresser.

The results were exactly what I hoped for natural, well-defined waves that added volume and texture. The service was professional, and they used quality products that left my hair feeling healthy.    Awful. My first time coming to get a wash and blow dry. You enter no one takes your coat, or asks for tea or coffee. I literally situated myself on a random chair and put my coat and bag on another? Level of professionalism is zero. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Stick to your high end salon instead. I got my hair done Saturday afternoon for an important event on Sunday. My hair the same day fell out and it looked like I just had woken up. The hair had no volume. I had to have my hair up the next day as it looked static. Very disappointed. I called the salon and complained about this. Still waiting for someone to get back to me.

   This is now my second time visiting the salon and without a doubt I’m always impressed with the professionalism from Rachel as she executed my perm. It must be mentioned that she is very talented and takes great pride in her work and I would recommend to anyone that they see her if they’re are thinking about changing up their hairstyle. Additionally, the venue itself is in a great location in regards to parking, the facility was very clean and ultimately a comfortable and warm environment was present.

I had a horrible experience at another salon, and Rachel not only accommodated me without an appointment, but she was also talented and skillful in fixing the color mistake, which was huge.
