   Had almost the whole house done and the process from start to finish was seamless. From measuring up to helping us choose materials, and then the day to day installation was top notch. We're 6 months on now and the floors are holding beautifully: we get a ton of compliments on them, and they were worth every penny. Use a local business and go with Twelvetree :)

   Fantastic service from looking for a new bedroom carpet, to half way through the house. Joe, Sam and Sam are just brilliant. Super helpful and knowledgable, it’s all just so easy. Sam’s brilliant to have fitting in your house, and my new carpets are amazing. 3 rooms too go. Will never go anywhere else. Cover the whole of Sheffield so you must use them.

   I would recommend Twelvetree Furnishings to anyone. We have had our living room, hallway, bedroom and stairs done so far and will be back to complete the rest. Sam is an extremely knowledgeable, skillful and friendly fitter who did an amazing job on our stairs. Martin did brilliantly with our herringbone hallway, even when the triangles to complete it were tiny. Joe is an excellent salesman who is trustworthy and reliable and goes above and beyond for his customers. Thanks for everything

   Superb service from start to finish. Selected carpet with Joe. Sam did a fantastic job of fitting all of our 4 bedrooms including a 50 square metre (150 kg carpet weight) tricky job in the master bedroom. Great job! Highly recommended!

   Due to a mix up in their warehouse the wrong carpet was fitted in two rooms of our house. I think you can best judge a business by how they deal with problems and I have to say Twelvetrees were absolutely fantastic and really went over and above to rectify the problem within 24 hours. The fabulous duo Sharnie and Sam who fitted our carpets are a credit to the business and we can't speak highly enough of them. Fantastic service and the carpets look amazing..so apart from a little wobble at the start we are very impressed with this business and won't hesitate to recommend

   Lovely bedroom carpet fitted with excellent underlay for a fair price, quick turnaround times. The fitters Sam and Shanie were incredibly friendly and look at these cute shapes they made from the offcuts for our cat to sit on (we didn't ask but we love them!) Thanks!
