   I go there regularly to get my eyebrows threaded and I’m always extremely happy with the results. I’ve always had issues with my eyebrows and it made me feel insecure, but every time I visit the girls I leave feeling full of confidence, they shape them so beautifully. Another great thing is that I don’t need to book an appointment. I just go whenever I have time, and I’ve never had to wait long. They have their main shop, but also a small station right in front of Primark, which is super convenient. Highly recommended!

   I've only been to this place twice to get my nails done. They have been considerate, patient and have the best attention to detail. I came in to have dark blue nails with a star design. Sera/Sarah who did the base was magnificent and the apprentice who did the design was simply phenomenal. I can't believe the detail and concentration that went into it. Both ladies know their stuff and would happily go back to them both again! Such a great environment with amazing music. Definitely coming back.

   I had a lovey experience with Jenny for the full set acrylic nails. I gave a photo reference and my nails turned out better than I could imagine, she treated my nails with care and was very nice to me when answering my questions. I have absolutely no complaints would highly recommend and I look forward to going back!! The only thing I would suggest for the company would be to update the booking website - currently when choosing the technician you want they are labelled by number so adding their name instead would be preferred. Thank you!

   I did a one hour facial and it was brilliant experience as always. Very friendly and professional service given by Sanjana. What is special about this is the back massage that’s included with the face massage. Relaxed and rejuvenated glow in my face was so obvious that even my husband noticed the difference. Highly recommend!

   Booked an appointment for me and my friend, had to wait 45 minutes for her to even get started with. Then they pressured us to try and get gel, which we initially didn’t want. After showing them our design they told us it would cost up to £55 for stars and swirls on each nail. I had to change my design and got charged an extra £10 for French tip design. They told us to stop talking as it would ruin their design, kept moaning about my friends design as apparently it was really complex yet wouldn’t do a simpler one when she suggested. They spoke about other workers and work drama in front of us and overall a very bad experience. Gave us £5 off each after charging us an extra £5 for nothing. As we were told £5 for gel and £5 for design, they tried telling us the total was £45 from the original £30. Would not recommend, as they begged for a review. Happy to leave one.

   i never found here in england a place to get my nails done that i really liked, because of I'm disgust the way they do it. But here they are clean, sterilized work tools, what is used to do your foot is disposable, and has not been used on someone else. And besides that the professionals who work here are fantastic, my favorite is Julie, but everyone is very good.

   Absolutely amazing came in and asked for a difficult design and straight away said they can do it very very friendly staff and I am in love with my nails would 100% recommend to anyone looking for top quality stunning nails !!! Jenny especially as she is the one who done a beautiful design for me thank you very much!!!!!

   Wonderful experience, so professional and courteous! Absolutely recommended to anybody local and far! Beautifully created my design and had no issue with alterations, 10 out of 10! I had Jenny for my manicure and Cisca for wax.
