I had an amazing experience getting a lash lift at Jas Beauty and Hair salon. The salon is always super clean and relaxing this is my third time getting my lash lift and my lashes look incredible, perfectly lifted and natural looking how exactly I wanted them to be. I also come here for few other services and they all are done really well. Most importantly the staff is professional, friendly and always makes me comfortable. I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for great services and amazing results!
I had such a lovely experience at Jas Hair and Beauty in Feltham today. I got waxing and eyebrows done by Manpreet, who was absolutely fantastic, so friendly, professional and made me feel really comfortable throughout and also offered me a delicious cup of chai. I had a very relaxing facial and massage by Kamal and pedicure by Sneha. All three were amazing and very welcoming. I was just visiting the area and don’t live locally, but I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Every visit is such a positive experience – the precision, the friendliness, and the welcoming atmosphere always bring me back. The whole team is wonderful, but Aman is my absolute favourite. She’s brilliant – her work is always flawless, and chatting with her just makes the appointment fly by. Honestly, I wouldn’t go to anyone else for my services. An amazing place, affordable, friendly staff and they do a fantastic job! I always go to Jenny for my hair cutting and she did my highlights yesterday and it looks gorgeous! She also did pedicure and waxing. She does a fab job when it comes to hair and she is very passionate about it! All the staff are friendly and a special mention to Jas - who very kindly agreed to let me do my facial beyond the normal working hours when she found out that I was coming from Kingston. Komal did a fantastic facial. Kudos to the team Jas!!
The worst place to get your eyebrows done, lady who did my eyebrows completely ruined a good shape and left a very thin straight eyebrow. When I complaint after looking at my face, she said you had a lot of hair. I am still not able to process how is that an excuse to remove 80% of your hair growth and make you look like a clown. PS - no remorse or apology from the person who did this even after i almost cried looking at my face
Jess is very professional and expert in her work skills. I always loved facial massage there. Her techniques makes me feel so relaxed. The atmosphere is very positive and welcoming. They always treat you as a princesses. I am using their services since last 5 year's, have no complaints 100% recommended them
As a qualified beauty therapist myself, I was really disappointed with my wax from this place. I came as my wax lady was on holiday and these prices seemed good, but you get what you pay for (minimal). When I got home I could feel stubble on my legs and bikini line and a lot of hair was left after my Brazilian wax. The hair on my legs had not been pulled out at the root but just snapped. I spoke to Jas who asked me to come in to see her so she could have a look and sort a refund as I had requested. Upon visiting the salon today, Jas was not there to see me and I was told that they would not give me a refund because the stubble I was feeling on my legs was just my pores, this is untrue, you don’t even have to be a beauty therapist to know your pores dont feel spikey. After a wax your skin should feel smooth not feeling like you just shaved 2 days ago. I wouldn’t recommend you go here for your waxing, pay a bit extra and go somewhere who will do a proper job!
I loved the place and most importantly Jenny. She treated me very well. I had my body waxing, facial and nails done. Best price, wonderful staff ❤️.
