Arrived with overprocessed, badly cut hair. Rhiannon took time to colour and treat my hair, keeping me informed all the time. Finished with a great cut and advice for aftercare. Great customer service from the staff, a very pleasant experience.
Megan has been working her magic on us for years and it's not just hairdressing, it's family therapy, music and film reviews, teen counselling, career advice and some chemistry and trichology lessons thrown in. Together with the brilliant Rhiannon, Jess and Ruby they make our visits an absolute treat. Oh and we are delighted with our colour (me topped up with Megan's signature blonde treatment, daughter down to a gorgeous shiny dark chocolate thankyou Jess) and cuts. We are Christmas party ready! Another fantastic experience at Mova! Pia has once again worked her magic! My colour and cut are absolutely amazing. She always knows exactly what will suit me, and the results are flawless every time. The whole team is amazing. Joe should be proud to have a great team of hair stylists and colourist. The salon itself is such an enjoyable place to be. There’s never any pressure, everyone is genuinely lovely, and the service and attention to detail are always on point. Highly recommend!
Rhiannon was very helpful and communicative in every step of the process. In the consultation she explained the cut very well to align my expectations with what was being said. She did an amazing job and offered touch ups and changes after every step. Unfortunately, the Mova in Staines does not offer the fusio-dose treatment I originally booked, instead I did the natural tec hair treatment, and my hair is still quite smooth and tangle free so I’m not too disappointed about that. Overall, it was a good experience, I got bangs and a little bit of layering.
Staines store- We had a warm friendly service from the time we went in to the time we left. Pia was absolutely amazing so friendly and really good with my 1 year old son. All staff were fantastic with a friendly smile. Will definitely be back. Thank you
First time at Mova and I'm super happy. I had a men's cut & finish with Pia who is friendly and highly professional. I have wavy/curly hair and she knew how to treat and style them. I'm very satisfied and I'll book again in few weeks. I truly recommend Mova Staines.
Always the best experience at Mova in Staines! My hair has never looked so good, Megan is an artist and perfectionist, as I’m sure all the other stylists are too! Everyone is always super friendly and ready to hand me a delicious coffee or Prosecco :).
After so many bad experiences in a hair salon finally I found a fantastic hairdresser that did beyond what I was expecting. Megan is professional with high customer service skills.
