I have been using this salon for many years and the service and treatments have all been amazing . Jade , Clare , Victoria and Alex do a fantastic job , by always making me feel extremely comfortable . My daughter also uses this salon and loves the results.
The staff at Reflect are professional, courteous, and highly skilled. Alex and Jade who have assisted me, are incredibly knowledgeable. Alex has taken the time to explain each step of all my treatments making me feel comfortable and informed. Their personalized approach and genuine care for my needs are greatly appreciated. Definitely recommend!
I have used the clinic for the past three years, and the service has alway been five star. They provide a relaxing environment, and a professional service for a full range of skin types. A gem of a place.
I purchased 8 hair removal laser sessions with Reflect Medispa at Virginia Water. This time I went as normal and the staff do the session as normal. They did not inform me at all before they start the session, that this time is excluded from my package. After it ends, they ask me to pay extra because this is a single session as my package has already been finished since the last time. I was so confused that isn't it their duty to tell me before the session started that this time was excluding my package as my package is already ended and I do have a right to choose whether I want to continue the session with them or not. I feel so disappointed and totally not happy with this action.
I moved to the area 2 years ago and I was very anxious as to where I wanted to get my facials done as I have very sensitive skin. Ranjit, instantly knew how to deal with my concerns as she is very experienced in the field and knows all the products inside out. I also get my eye brows threaded by Ranjit who makes them look sharp and neat!! When it comes to my face, I 100% trust Ranjit! Not only is she professional but is an honest person who won’t oversell products for the sake of it but can customise it to your needs. I've never looked back since Ranjit came into my life!! Every time I visit Reflect Medispa, I have a great experience. Ranjit has been excellent with my facials and laser hair removal and she is not only professional but super friendly and efficient. Moved to the UK three and half years ago and being very fussy about my treatment/services, I was a bit anxious about finding a therapist for my laser hair removal as dark skin is particularly prone to burns. I've never looked back since I found Ranjit! She was warm and welcoming from the outset and she took the time to understand me and what I was looking for. We've since moved on from hair removal to skin care. Her treatment and product advice has always delivered results. She's an amazing therapist, who's knowledgeable and was able to put me at ease...I trust her completely!

Always nice to visit the salon, because all the girls are very friendly, efficient and a pleasure to spend time with. The new, updated salon is great - always immaculately clean (compared with some I have been in!). On most occasions Danni looks after my nails, but if she is not there, Charlotte and Claire do a good job for me too. I would recommend the salon to anyone looking for a friendly, pleasant environment. Definitely worth a visit.
Started to have laser removal back in September, on my 3rd treatment for my under arm, works so well! I'm very pleased with the results so far. I'm shaving about once a week and the hair is lighter and less thick. I'm so impressed I've started to have my bikini area done as well. Ranjit is my therapist she is lovely and I feel very comfortable with her, very professional all the girls at the clinic are.
