   I booked a root tint appointment (no blow dry) at the Enfield salon, via their very own website. I have been to the salon a quite a few times for exactly the same colour, so they already know the formula etc. When I arrived the staff didn’t even smile or say hello to me, it quickly became clear that they didn’t like that I’d booked an appointment at 5:30pm (their own system offered this time, knowing what service I was having!) the woman at reception looked at me and asked what it was I was doing there.. then said “who are you?”. She then consulted with two miserable looking stylists to get some guidance and see if they were willing to honour the booking - neither of them even so much as look at me then the blonde one said loudly “No”. Not once, out of 3 members of staff did anyone smile, apologise or seem remotely sympathetic or interested in politely rectifying the inconvenience caused. Out of nothing more than convenience I continued coming to this salon when it changed management, It’s generally unwelcoming, none of the staff ever seem happy and its overpriced. Needless to say, I won’t be going there again and I wouldn’t recommend it.

   salon has changed management but has retained most of the staff so continuity but prices have gone up. Very short cut, no blow-dry, over £50 ! . cut ok but way too expensive to maintain at this price .

   I wholeheartedly recommend Solange (Ann). I am a nervous client by nature when getting my hair done. My experience (three times now) has been consistently high quality in terms of service and Ann is reassuring with candour and clearly a wealth of expertise and knowledge.

   Love Ann so much! She always listens to what I hope to achieve with my hair. She's honest and does all she can to achieve the perfect colour! I recommend her every time and always get complimented on my hair. She's an artist when it comes to hair colour and cuts!

   Beautiful and clean salon. Very friendly atmosphere. Staff are wonderful and very welcoming. Creative director/ owner 'Anne' is amazing. When you talk to her you know that she's very experienced and knows what she's doing. She's done a great job with my hair. I'm loving it so much and getting lots of complements about my hair colour and the cut. Love the Aveda products they use in the salon. Without a doubt one of the best salons I have ever been to. Would very highly recommend Solange hair and beauty and the creative director 'Anne'

   I really am hesitant when it comes to cutting my hair as it is (was) very long. Especially when I go to a new hairdresser but going to see Anne was the BEST spontaneous decision i made! I am so glad that we finally have a very very experienced hairdresser in watford who doesn't just cut your hair because you tell her to BUT suggests to you what would actually look good on you. I would highly recommend Anne and I'm so glad that I have found my go to hairdresser. P.S Anne everyone LOVES my new haircut ;)

   Anne is amazing, her years of hair styling are obvious as she always knows exactly what to do to make your hair look amazing leaving the salon, and when you try to style it yourself at home, which is so important. The salon is beautiful and spotless. You'll be made to feel comfortable and relaxed. Bonus, she only uses Aveda products which are natural and feel amazing on your hair.
