Awful waxing service The blonde girl that did my waxing was sooo slow it felt like torture she was too worried about getting her nails and jewellery dirty. Either wear gloves or don’t wear jewellery if u are doing waxing Plus it was very patchy and the sides were not done In response to the comment below i can confirm it was definitely your salon and i think you should take the feedback onboard and ask your beauticians to remove bracelets when they are waxing for obvious reasons and if they have false nails wear gloves. Denying a customers experience is very disrespectful

Another lovely morning spent with the ladies of Therapy Zone, had my nails and eyebrows by Anita. Just love this place everyone is so professional and friendly, can’t recommend it enough!!
I was super excited to have my LVL eye lashes done for summer. During the procedure I could feel a burning sensation on both of my eyes, but the practitioner had left the room for quite sometime and I wasn’t able to ask for help. I knew something wasn’t right as I’ve had my eyelashes lifted previously and I’ve never experienced this much discomfort. My lashes looked good for about a week, even though I was informed they would last 6-8 weeks. But due to obviously being over processed they then began to fall out soon after and most have completely broke off - leaving me with frizzled little stumps for eyelashes. This is going to take me MONTHS to fully resolve so I would highly recommend avoiding getting your lashes done here if you wish to keep your lashes in tact.
