Me and my mum have been going to Kelly and the team since May and we haven’t been disappointed once! Unlike other places down in Rickmansworth high street they know when you have an appointment and don’t take in walk ins if you do. I have never had to wait more than 2 minutes to be seen whilst having an appointment. Always great quality nails!

Disappointed with the service. Had much better service in Sydney and Bangkok. Found salon rather grubby, and not that clean. They insisted on cash payment, which I found concerning. Hardly anyone insists on cash these days
I had both a manicure and pedicure done here, and I’m beyond impressed! The quality of the work was absolutely amazing — my nails look flawless and perfectly done. The customer service was top-notch; everyone was friendly, attentive, and made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. The salon itself is spotless and super clean, which made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this place if you want great nails and excellent service!
Kelly and team do the most thorough pedicures and manicures! My feet feel amazing every time and the colour selection they have is vast. They also have fantastic massage chairs. I would never go anywhere else for pedicure now. When I have my hands painted they do amazing French manicures and lots of other nail options.
Always happy to come back for infills. Everyone is very nice and Andy does stellar job on my nails. Happy to recommend!
