   Terrible experience So disappointing. I’ve had eyelash lifts elsewhere and always had brilliant results. At Elite the treatment had no effect whatsoever. When I asked for a refund because the treatment hadn’t worked (and the therapist that saw me agreed) management said that they had pictures from beneath my eyes showing “dramatic results” and would not give me any money back. That’s £50 gone (I paid £50 because I booked on Treatwell even though their website advertises the same treatment as only £30. Very sneaky). Would avoid at all costs. Go somewhere that prioritises customer satisfaction not customer’s cash.
