    I went yesterday and had an absolutely fantastic haircut with Enzo, I had a good consultation before hand about what I wanted going forward with my hair, no rush which was refreshing. The hair wash and head massage , well I couldn’t fault it. I have already booked for highlights and cut in November ❤️ just been back for my highlights and Sian did them , I am over the moon with the colour and Carlos did the cut and blow dry, absolutely fantastic service .

    Go somewhere else. I was very surprised by how consistently poor the quality has been for such an apparently luxury place. I understand it’s not always right the first time so I went three different times over the course of the last year and a half and always came away with a mediocre head of high lights. The final straw was when the manager was extremely rude. I can’t imagine what it must be like for the poor stylists. Enzo told me that I looked as if I had “been dragged backwards through a bush.” Horrifically unprofessional. The context is that I asked the stylist not to give me a blow out—I have a hard time sitting for long periods and have a lot of hair. Two hours is not unusual for a half a head of highlights and I have a back problem. Although the stylist was gentle and courteous, Enzo berated him within ear and eyeshot of myself and the rest of the salon for not urging me to get a blow dry. In my opinion, If the stylist asked me twice and I said “no” I’m not sure what the issue is. He tousled me dry enough to leave, and for me to see that I had once again been given far too bright of highlights, nearly white, despite telling him the color lifts quickly for me. It might have still been recoverable except for Enzo. Enzo grimaced and sneered at me, and generally failed to show grace. Told me that it is “not that sort of salon” I told him I have a hard time sitting down for long periods and then without apologizing or softening at all he gave me a hard time about not having a haircut, implying I’m cheap? He’s the one who wrote down my appointment! I’m sure people get stressed at work… but for £165 for a simple head of highlights that didn’t even come out well…what a way to treat a customer!! I’ll pay very well for a good job and this place isn’t it. Don’t go here. There’s plenty of other salons with less ego and more professionalism.

    I love my appointments with Ellie, she always listens to exactly what I’m trying to achieve with my colour and cut, then works her magic! I always leave feeling great…and I’ve never once gone home and wet & restyled my hair to get it ‘right’ again (which is something I’ve always done when leaving past salons). Super friendly team and incredible talent! Booking in my Christmas visit now!!!

    I have had the worst experience of a simple colour and cut with an allegedly “senior” and clearly unprofessional stylist Shon. I have already spoken to the owner Enzo in person and he has apologised. I booked an appointment for Tuesday for a full head hair colour and a trim. I specifically asked for a senior stylist for peace of mind and good results. But they were terrible for an experienced stylist and has left me distressed and angry. Shon told me that my hair will require more colour and asked me to pay £30 extra. Then she covered my roots but didn’t use enough product which resulted in an uneven and partial colour. She should not have made this mistake at her level or at least fixed it. Instead, she dried my hair, gave it trim, styled it, didn’t say one word about the poor colour job and sent me home. This was unethical and unprofessional. It was only when I got home and my husband noticed that there was no grey coverage in the back at all, that I called the salon to ask her what happened. She told me to come in again so she can take a look. I had to go back that same day to get my hair dyed again. That was another 40 mins drive then two hours in the chair, over the three hours in the morning. She didn’t apologise to me, only when I asked told me that she only applied the colour at the top, put in the system that my hair didn’t take colour to cover her mistake, and misrepresented to the owner Enzo that she was the one who called me back! How unethical is all this? This level of incompetence makes me wonder if Shaun was a senior stylist at all? Or someone with little experience? If that’s the case then was I overcharged £185 for sloppy service by an amateur stylist? I have had junior stylist with five year experience do a better job first time and never had any trouble with colour. Anyway It was an utterly disappointing experience. Enzo has apologised to us but I expect him to look into Shon’s credentials. She is NOT a senior stylist. You should avoid booking with her for your hair’s sake.

    Used last week but unfortunately left with terrible layers that are uneven and far too short on one side, I contacted the salon the same day to resolve before leaving a review but the salon has just ignored my email. Overall service was very poor and rushed, therefore I would not recommend this salon at all.

    Fantastic experience getting my hair cut at Glitterati. The staff are all lovely, the salon is super comfortable and Mae, who did my hair, did an absolutely terrific job - it's one of the best cuts I've ever had. The main thing, as a fat person, is that the seats were all comfortable for me to sit in, which rarely happens at salons. It's very clear that everything here has been designed with customers in mind, and I'll definitely be back (in fact, I've already booked my next appointment!)

    Spent a wonderful hour at Glitterati having a Swedish full body massage with Heidi. The massage was amazing and I left feeling rejuvenated. Everyone at the salon so friendly and professional. Petra took my temperature beforehand and there was lots of sanitiser, screens and masks which was reassuring. Great Salon and Superb location right on the High street. Will return again soon.
