   My mother came to this salon. The service was wholly unacceptable and unprofessional. My mother’s hair was severely damaged during the appointment, left extremely dry, brittle, and visibly over-processed, with large, uneven blocks of ginger and blonde colouring that bear no resemblance to a professional standard. The condition of her hair was significantly worsened, and she suffered intense scalp itching and irritation afterwards, raising serious concerns about chemical misuse and client safety. My mother had to contact the GP regarding this, and when she asked the owner, the owner said, "Just take an anti-allergy tablet". In addition to the physical damage caused, a video of my mother was posted on TikTok without her consent. Permission was never requested or granted. This is a serious breach of privacy and completely unacceptable professional conduct. This experience caused unnecessary distress and potential long-term damage. Any business operating in this industry should understand the duty of care owed to clients, particularly when using chemical treatments. That duty was clearly not met. I would strongly advise others to think very carefully before booking.

   I had a terrible experience at this salon. I went for a hair treatment and it was a complete waste of money. They charge extremely high prices, but the quality of their work is very poor. The owner, who claims to be very experienced, was rude and unprofessional. She clearly has little knowledge of modern beauty and hair treatments and seems completely out of date with the latest techniques. I felt scammed and extremely disappointed. I would never recommend this salon to anyone.

   I’ve been to this place numerous times and barely left with a positive experience. The owner rushes her appointments, when she blow dries the hair she uses brushes instead of rollers which get caught in the hair so she literally yanks them out. There’s been many times she hasn’t had time to finish the blow dry. It is not hijab friendly. They make you feel horrible for covering your hair. Asking invasive questions about what’s the point of hijab. They have recruited males in there now so it’s not a woman’s only salon anymore. A lot of people have complained about the owner and they are right. She is very arrogant, scams her clients and argues back. Zero customer service skills. I don’t know how this business is still running. I left the last appointment feeling absolutely terrible and decided I’m not going back again.

   Highly recommend Honey!! I have tried so many beauty salons, they have either left my eyebrows too short, completely ruined the shape or really rude. I went into Beauty by Honey and she managed to sort my eyebrows out. I have now been attending Honey’s for the last 11 years. I get everything done there from Eye-brows, full face waxing, facial, hair dye, hairstyling and make-up for functions. Honey and her team are so friendly, reliable and the service they are providing is absolutely amazing. Thank you Honey. ☺️

   Very good. I am a regular customer. Very amazing customer care. Keiran is very professional. There are variety of facials that you can choose whatever type of your skin or need. Prices are reasonable too. Honey is very helpful and guide you. I have no hesitation to recommend to anyone. Very happy customer

   DO NOT COME HERE! I went for a lash lift she charged me £45 and tried to charge me an extra £14 for tint. She done the treatment my eyelashes looked exactly the same after the treatment. When I refused to pay she locked me in the shop was very rude and indenial in the end I ended up paying £30 just so I could leave. I would not recommend coming here at all!!

   I have been using them for a few years now, they provide excellent services. Well trained and friendly staff. I was suffering from hair loss and they recommended me derma roller treatment. The treatment worked really good for me , I have hair growing back again. Would recommend this to my friends and family.

   The eyebrow lady is good but the the girl that does hair is bad. Don't let her go near your hair if you're expecting a professional blow dry. Dont bother complaining to the owner either. The next time I went in there I wasn't given am apology for my bad experience. Instead, I was told I was the problem because everyone else experience is so good. So my individual experience was completely ignored. I guess it is my fault for having high expectations. Waste of my time and money. The obviously don't need my business. Fair enough.
