I’ve been going to the Academy for several years now. The staff are lovely and it’s a relaxing and enjoyable experience every time. Vinnie does my colour and she’s very attentive, getting the detail right every time. She also thinks ahead and makes recommendations for my next visit. Would recommend!
I had my colour visit today with Ruby after getting one of the vouchers with a deal for cut, colour and pamper. I was nervous about my visit because I have never gone for a blonde colour before. Ruby gave honest and good advice and was very friendly and professional and she clearly knew what she was doing. She was also just as excited as me to see the finished result which was just such a lovely experience. Ruby is an asset to the salon and I can’t wait to see her again!
I've recently moved to the area and was a little bit nervous about trying a new hair salon but I have nothing but praise for the team! I have had 3 visits and each time welcomed with a smile and now feel like a part of the family. Vinnie made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. Arrived with home dyed burnt orange hair! Spent a nerve-wracking 4 hours in the very capable hands of Sarah who completely transformed my hair from orange to a beautiful pastel pink and black with a flattering feathered layered hair cut. I'm prom ready! Thank you so much x

Jameylee is fabulous! I turned up early and she saw me straight away. She was very warm and friendly which certainly put me at ease. She took the time to discuss the cut before she started snipping. She was incredibly thorough and did a lovely blow dry at the end. I was so pleased with the cut - she did an excellent job! I honestly had such a lovely experience and have already booked in again!!
