   Today was my first time at Beauty Perfection. I was so impressed with the service I received. She managed to fit me in last minute so that I could have a wax before I go on holiday. She was very welcoming and professional. Throughout my treatment she was so friendly and it was lovely to have a nice chat. My treatment was to a very high standard.    I purchased a voucher on Groupon and the owner advertised a Brazilian wax for £10 so l purchased the voucher. I rang the owner and was told that if l wanted a Brazilian wax, l would need to pay another £10, l explained that that was not the deal..... the lady was extremely rude, unprofessional and spoke to me in such a derogatory manner, in the end l put the phone down on her. She has clearly used Groupon to get business and then added on extra money her end. If this is the way you do business then you will not be successful in the long run. Terrible, absolutely disgusting way to conduct yourself!!!

   I had a Hollywood done about 5 weeks ago and can not fault the service. I originally booked through Treatwell but when there was a mix up with double bookings I received a text from Parveen within half an hour to reschedule my appointment, which she fit around my schedule by giving me an 8pm appointment on a Friday. I was barely there for 20 minutes and had as pain free experience as a Hollywood can be. Not only was Parveen thorough, I felt completely at ease and we had a really nice chat. I have another appointment booked for tomorrow and am actually excited to go back. The prices are also extremely reasonable. 10/10!

   I have been to Beauty Perfection numerous times over the past 5 years. Parveen is very friendly and welcoming, she does an amazing facial, my skin is always glowing when I leave. I also took my daughter there for ear piercing, she was very nervous but Parveen was great with her. Her prices are very reasonable and I would most certainly recommend going to see her.
