   I DO NOT Recommend. Absolutely awful experience. Dirty unhygienic shop. Disgusting! To have hair wash, Had to go through a room where a girl was having complete body wax. No privacy whatsoever. Dirty walls, sticky curtains, hair everyone the floor. Owner said parking is available, took me 40 mins to drive around and no parking.

   I asked the women for a full head of colour with light brown, she said she couldn’t do it and said go for this other colour she told me it would look the same so I trusted her and she put the colour on while I was waiting it was starting to look very dark so I asked her how dark it is going to be she said not that dark. When she washed it and blow dried it my hair was black. This is the picture I showed her honey brown but this is was I received black hair!

   It was my second visit today and the lovely Savita took good care of me. She did an excellent job on threading and waxing. Previously on my first visit I had Binisha who did my hair colour and blow dry. She did a great job, the blow dry was one of the best I have had at any hairdresser. I really want to highlight the customer service you get here which seems pretty non existent at other Asian beauty and hairdressing places. The prices are very reasonable too and I thoroughly recommend you pay a visit.

   First time visit to have my hair done and what can I say I am over the moon with the result. The ladies took time to listen and understand exactly how I wanted my hair, they took there time with me and were so polite and professional! Binisha the owner is also lovely and very welcoming. I will definitely return for all my beauty treatments. Thankyou ladies was a pleasant experience from start to finish and my hair looks fabulous!!!
