   Such a bad experience with them.. I went there for threading and they were busy with clients so they told me to wait there which was understandable. But even when they got free from clients nobody comes for threading. They were just walking around and I waited for a long time.May be there 10 minutes takes more than half an hour. Worst experience ever. Just a time waste.

   I got waxing, hair colour and blow dry done and absolutely loved my experience here. They are quick and efficient with the work. When you show up, they are ready for you which is so important for me! I have sensitive skin and my skin loved the wax and the technique they used to wax! I didn't feel a thing! With hair, Ritu, the owner predicted the right colour for my hair and it was perfection! She equally was perfect with the blow dry. She's a pro! Even down to the hair wash, I couldn't even feel someone was touching my hair or even the slightest feel of water around my face. Loved every bit of my experience at the parlour ❤️ This was the first time I came to the parlour and it won't be the last! You found a loyal customer in me! ❤️

Then, the second appointment brought her hair to life with a stunning keratin treatment, leaving it beautifully straightened and lightened to a gorgeous light brown shade.    I have done a keratin treatment a month ago and after 1st wash my hairs was not very shiny as it suppose to be. but now it have a wavey hairs as I had it before treatment. feels like I have wasted my money

   I had my eyebrows done here in April 2021. It was such a lovely experience. I went there again in May to get my hair cut. Since I’ve been treated good by the owner I went there for my body wax and eyebrows in July. They don’t do loyalty card for eyebrows, however they do have good package deals. Hopefully I will go for a package deal in the future.
