   Had a really great experience at the salon today. Aditya did an amazing job with my haircut — honestly one of the best transformations I’ve had in a long time. He really understood what I wanted and made it even better. Also, shoutout to Akshat for the head wash. It was super relaxing, probably one of the best I’ve ever had. Both of them made the whole visit so much better. Definitely recommend!

   I visited this place for the first time and I want to give full credit to the team at this company name. The staff were really nice and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. They did everything in a calm way and kept giving me reassurance throughout my whole hair process. I was very nervous because it was my first time getting this kind of cut and I wanted to keep my hair long but still have layers. The barber who cut my hair was amazing. I could not catch his name but he was kind, patient and even funny which helped me relax. He listened to what I wanted and explained everything clearly so I felt fully comfortable. I also want to mention the other staff member who washed my hair. He did it with so much care and the whole wash felt calm and smooth. Overall, the service was excellent and the atmosphere made the experience easy for me. I would definitely go there again because they really know how to treat a customer well.

   I recently visited this salon for the first time and had a wonderful experience! I started with a pedicure with Nisha, which was absolutely fantastic - the best I've ever had! She was very welcoming and attentive, making sure I felt relaxed throughout. Following my pedicure, Aditya worked his magic on my hair with a cut and blow dry. I loved how honest he was, and he really made my hair look great. His expertise and friendly approach made the experience even more enjoyable. What really impressed me was the exceptional service and value for money. The staff were warm and attentive, making me feel at home. I'm definitely going back - it's a great find!

   I got my hair cut, bleached and coloured blue by Suhail (because I love colourful hair) and it’s still looks so healthy and strong I’m so happy with the results! He took ultimate care when he was bleaching to ensure my hair wasn’t damaged. I don’t trust many people to touch my hair but he’s defo my go to person from now on! Thank you!!

   I’ve been a regular at Hi-Profile and have always had a pleasant experience. The salon is very clean and follows all covid protocols. Staff are very professional and friendly. I usually have no problems getting last minute appointments as staff are great with fitting me in. Priya always does a fantastic job with my eyebrow threading and waxing, and I also had a lovely haircut and blow dry experience with Aditya recently. The staff here take real pride in what they do and it’s reflected in their work. Cannot recommend Hi-Profile enough!

   I would strongly recommend Hi-Profile for anyone who is looking for an amazing service in Southall. I did my permanent straightning and was simply what I wanted natural looking straight hair. Adi is experienced hairdresser who provided excellent and honest service from start to end. Since I was impressed with my look, I also decided to cut my 15 month old baby's hair at Hi-Profile. This time I was fortunate enough to receive a quick and easy service from Sohail who is experienced hairdresser with baby / child. He made it real quickand easy even my baby was crying. Super quick and fuss-free. Highly recommended. Thanks
