   I feel genuinely disappointed and uncomfortable after my experience at this salon, and I think it’s important to share what happened. My friend had already reviewed about this but since I was the one that had this experience, it's best for me to do so. I’ve had waxing done many times before, and I always shower right before my appointments. During this visit, the therapist noticed a birthmark on my body and said, *“You’re lucky it’s not on your face.”* This was completely unnecessary and made me feel self-conscious. She also left multiple patches of hair, so the service itself wasn’t even done properly. While she was waxing me, she spoke to her coworker in her own language and said something along the lines of, “Do these people not shower? It smells so bad.” Even if that comment wasn’t about me, it was extremely unprofessional to say such things about any client within earshot. It made me uncomfortable and embarrassed for no reason. What made the whole situation worse was a phone call I received today from the therapist’s husband. Instead of trying to resolve anything, he immediately told me that what I wrote “isn’t true” because his wife “would never say things like that.” He also said he finds it *hard to believe she would say something like that*, which basically means he thinks I’m lying — even though he wasn’t there and had no involvement in the encounter at all. He then told me I’m being “blacklisted” from the salon for leaving a bad review, which is ironic because after the experience I had, I had no intention of returning anyway. When I explained the comment she made in her language, he said, “My wife can talk about whoever she wants in our salon. It’s not up to you who she talks about.” A simple apology or even basic acknowledgement of what I said would have been appreciated, but instead he was ignorant and dismissive, which only made the situation worse. I don’t gain anything from writing any of this — I have no reason to lie. I’m simply sharing what genuinely happened so future clients can make an informed decision. Between the rude comments, the poor quality of the waxing, and the unprofessional and confrontational phone call afterwards, I would not recommend.

   Recently moved to the area and very stressful to find a decent, friendly beautician. This business was the first one I visited and I'm very impressed and happy with the service, prices and comfortable. The owner and her team are really lovely. I regularly get my eyebrows threaded and face waxed. Recently had a neck and back massage and facial after so many years and it was the best massage I ever had. I'll definitely be rebooking a massage again as it's really beneficial. If you are looking for a decent beautician I would definitely recommend this business.

   My favourite local beauty salon!! I've had a few different treatments here - recently for a Hollywood wax, armpit waxing, and eyebrow shaping, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The staff were not only professional and friendly but also made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatments. The salon itself is spotlessly clean and beautifully presented, which immediately gave me confidence in their hygiene standards – something that’s especially important when it comes to waxing treatments. The therapist was clearly very experienced, and everything was done with precision and care. I was particularly impressed with how thorough yet gentle the waxing was, and my eyebrows have never looked better! If you're looking for a place that combines skill, professionalism, and a welcoming atmosphere, this is definitely the salon to visit. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and very well looked after.    This beauty gem is located in Hounslow Market Place. I have got a lash lift, eyebrow threading and massages from here, all of which were excellent. The photograph of my eyebrows and lash lift is below. Booking is easy, I can either call/text her or book via Treatwell instantly. My friend also got her eyebrows threaded and this is her before and after photograph below. The prices are good value for money in terms of the service you get, we will definitely be coming back.
