Appalling experience- I had acrylics done here and they started coming off after one week. When I went back asking them to resolve this issue I was spoken to very rudely, gaslit, and kicked out of the shop. My nails came off after 2 weeks- don’t waste your money here.
If I could leave minus ⭐️it would of been minus 10 today me and my 4 year old daughter have been coming here for months was very polite yet my 16 year old refused to go back because of a certain staff member always hurting her today I was cut once bleeding got a sorry and tried brushing it off then cut me again twice on my right thumb that she couldn’t finish it was so sore! I left paying £45 I went shopping went to a different nail shop showed them they said go back get them to cut that nail and they wouldn’t of charged me!! I went back she wasn’t happy I skied for my money bk and cut my nail down no sorry just it was an accident if u want ur money bk I have to take off all Ur nails hell no are u putting every in her in nail remover when every finger is sore to hard with the file gave me £20 bk won’t ever go bk am do I agree with price change when they feel like I tv
I’ve had 2 sets of acrylic gel nails done here, and each time they’ve lasted 3–4 weeks. The color selection is beautiful, and the staff are very friendly.
The Nail Bar and Beauty is outstanding! We absolutely love this nail salon. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with smiles and handling even our most difficult requests with ease. They also offer eyelash extensions, which is a great bonus. In Sunbury, I truly believe this is the best nail salon around. I can't imagine going anywhere else! Trust me, this is the place where skill and expertise shine, and you won’t regret choosing them to take care of you.
Great eyebrow wax and dye, gave me a mini facial with aloe Vera after. Nails ok but felt rushed and unpersonal.
The shop owner is a professor in the nail industry. But the shop owner often goes out and rarely goes to work because he likes to do little but quality. If anyone wants the shop owner to do it, book his wife. His name is Nhiên This shop does the best and the fastest is the shop owner
DO NOT GO HERE! MANICURE DREW BLOOD/AGGRESSIVE STAFF. I wouldn’t usually write a review but I am shocked by the experience we have just had. Wouldn’t even give it one star. Went in for SNS, firstly the manicure and application was the worst I have ever seen. Secondly they cut my mums hand twice during the process. When she left she realised within a few moments that the service she received was not acceptable, she went back in to speak to them and left in tears after being shouted at and threatened by the staff. When I went back in to make a complain I was met with the same aggression, they wouldn’t hand over public liability details or name of manager/company etc. Terribly run business- unprofessional and shoddy work. We will be reporting to trading standards. Save yourself the drama, don’t even bother going. Someone else complained while we were there too.
DO NOT USE!! VIOLENT AND AGGRESSIVE STAFF - TERRIBLE SERVICE. This is hands down the worst service I have ever received, the product I paid for was not what I received and upon bringing this up with the staff I was met with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was shouted at in front of a shop full of people for raising the points that I was not happy with, I then asked for further details of their public liability insurance which was not given to me. Makes you question whether they are insured correctly? The lady shouting at me was very confrontational towards me and almost made me feel as though she was going to hit me, I have never experienced anything like this in my life…and in front of a shop full of people?! As I was stressing my problem to the lady I could see lots of other customers acknowledging my concerns and a few even pulled me to side and agreed that this was the worst run salon they have visited. Reports will be made and this will be taken further. Complaints should not be dealt with this way and unfortunately they will now have to learn the hard way.
