   went yesterday to get my nose pierced, and it was a terrible experience. The lady who did it put a butterfly earring in my nose instead of a proper nose pin. On my way home, I couldn’t even breathe properly and my nose bled all night. When I went back today, she had already left early. I spoke to the shop owner and explained everything. The owner said that the lady knows how to pierce, but clearly, she only knows about ear piercings, not nose piercings. I even called the lady myself, but instead of clarifying or apologizing, she denied everything and spoke nonsense. Biggest mistake was trusting her. I later took the earring to jewellers in Southall and Hayes, and both confirmed that it was an ear pin, not a nose pin. No wonder I couldn’t breathe last night. Please don’t visit this lady for a nose piercing.

   I found this store based on a recommendation of a friend, i did not know what to expect. Decided to give it a try, took my daughter to get her braids done. The staff was very friendly and polite. They called earlier that morning to reconfirm the appointment as i had booked over the phone a few days before. There was a short wait time but not very long. The service was fast and the braids were amazing. They also stock a wide range of hair and beauty products.

   I have been refused service twice, both different days and times. She kept saying she was busy when there was only 1-2 customers. My sister was able to come without an appointment but i was refused. No explanation was provided. Will not go here again!

   This hair shop should be called "Precious' Hidden Gems", as I had no idea this hair shop is around the corner from my home. I walked in and a lovely lady called Precious helped me to get the products that I needed. The shop is clean and the items are well-displayed. I was also pleasantly surprised at how well she knew hair, from just looking at mine. I'm a very satisfied customer and I can now call this my home hair shop, since I don't have to go all the to ub4 to get what I need.
