I did waxing with Arati and it was the best waxing I have ever done. She made me feel incredibly comfortable and was very kind and friendly. She did amazing with waxing as well and I will definitely be booking with her again. Thank you!

I took my mother-in-law to this salon for a wash, cut, and blow dry, and we both couldn’t be happier with the experience. She hasn’t had a proper haircut in quite some time, and after today, she walked out feeling refreshed, confident, and truly pampered. The stylist was warm, attentive, and really took the time to understand what she wanted. The customer service was excellent from start to finish—friendly, professional, and welcoming. It meant so much to see her so happy with the result. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
I had a fantastic experience at La visage hair & beauty Arti did an amazing job with my daughter’s haircut. They really listened to what I wanted and made my hair look even better than I imagined. The service was quick, and the atmosphere was friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I came to this saloon today and had my hair cut by Gistalina. She is an amazing person ,very professional, polite and well trained . She give my hair an amazing cut and the staff take care of my son while I was getting my hair cut. I high recommend this place to people to use. Amazing staff , good prices and very clean and tidy .
It is not a salon that I recommend. They have problems with appointments. they put you on at a certain time and take you off for at least 30 minutes. I'm in a hurry, for example the last time I had Brazilian hair removal and under my arms. treats differently as if you didn't pay! I've been to this salon 3 times. It's not worth it !!!
Poor service they priotise their Asian customers over everyone else. In response to your message Jooly. That's Not true, I was there at 2.50 PM approx. You told me to leave and to return within 20 minutes. So I left but I returned within 3 minutes because I wondered why I was sent away? when I returned you were serving the Asian lady who arrived after me and who did not have an appointment. Why did you send me away? but the Asian lady was allowed to stay despite the fact that she had no appointment and she arrived after me. I made my appointment whilst I watched you serve the Asian lady who arrived after me and who did not have an appointment. I told you that I had made an appointment whilst I was waiting for you to finish serving the Asian lady who arrived after me without an appointment but you had no interest in anything I had to say. You should never have told me to leave in the first place. All of this would have been avoided if you had just served me in turn. I left because you told me to and you told me to leave because you wanted to serve the Asian lady who arrived after me before me. This is discrimination and the fact that you feel that you do not need urgent customer training speaks volumes about you and the business. Everybody should be treated equally and fairly and the fact that you don't know this shows your ignorance and lack of customer care.
I had my eye brows threaded with Vima today. Brilliant work, lovely person and value for money at £4.80. I didn’t have an appt and Vima very kindly accommodated me. Thank you.
