   I had an appointment booked for Tuesday 9th January for 11:00am which I had booked the previous Friday. I arrived at the shop at 10:50am and the shutters were down. 11:00am comes around and the shutters were still down. I waited until 11:30am and no-one arrived ,called or texted to update me on the situation. I called on multiple occasions with no answer so I left. This is extremely unprofessional and it was a waste of my time. I would have at least appreciated a text message re-arranging. Highly unsatisfied this salon has lost a customer.

   Great customer service. The thing I love about this salon is that they stick to their appointment times...no waiting around for hours for stylists to finish your hair. Very reasonable prices. Lovely respectable staff.

   Terrible service. I booked my appointment 1 month in advance for 10am, as they open at 10. The shutters were only opened at 10:30 and I was sat at 10:40, making me an hour late for my event. They didn’t comp my service and tried to charge me £40 when I always pay £35. Very unprofessional and my hair wasn’t styled to my desired look.
