Now called Manor Medical practice. I think people who say no one was there probably went to a reception desk that is no longer used, as belongs to a practice that once shared these premises with the current practice. If they had nad enquiries at one of the other reception areas or asked other patients the situation would have likely been clarified. I usually have no problems getting appointments or triage calls. Staff are friendly and efficient.
